Coaches don’t say this enough

Coaches don’t say it enough.

It’s important that you feel Good.  And, NOT good as in never being uncomfortable or never pushing the limits.

But, GOOD as in alive, inspired, energized, joyful, loving, strengthened, healthy!!

You know as well as I do that when you feel overwhelmed, not good enough, low energy… life does not flow. Business does not flow.  Money does not flow.

Last year, I was truly sick and spent about six months feeling low in energy, consumed by worry, and just plain unmotivated. And, you know what I got accomplished?

Not a whole heck of a lot!

When my immune system kicked back in and I started getting better, I realized how important it was to take care of my own needs.  Because if I don’t feel good, I have nothing to give.

It’s like money, the more I have, the more I have to give.

The better I feel, the more I have to give.

The same goes for you! When you start making sure you are doing things that feel good, you are full: full of life, full of energy, and full of joy!

People are attracted to that. People want that.

So, what is it that makes you feel good?  This doesn’t have to be lavish, expensive, or time-consuming.

The Feel Goods can come from doing yoga, eating a really delicious dessert, trying a new restaurant, hopping on a rollercoaster, going to the gym, spending time with people you love.

Today, I worked out and read a book that raised my vibe.  And, then I was ready to give. I was ready to write my new coaching program. And, even now, hours and hours later, I feel full of energy and excitement… all because I spent a little over an hour taking care of myself.

So, this is so actionable. What can you do today to feel good?  Give us ideas!!
